Meet the amazing Women In Business Networking Group (WIBN)

Our fundraisers of the month are the wonderful team from the Colchester Women In Business Networking Group (WIBN).  

This year WIBN members have again been hugely supportive of MS-UK and those with multiple sclerosis (MS). They have given up their time to volunteer at events, donated gifts for our virtual auction, have come along to our fundraising ball, hosted raffles in aid of us and fundraised for us too. In 2022 they raised over £1,200 directly for us and helped us raise thousands more by contributing to the success of events by donating items or their time.

In September they also entered a team, fondly named The WIBN Wonder, in our first ever corporate team building day The Big Purple games event which took place at Colchester Rugby Club. The Big Purple Games is a unique team building event challenging teammates to have some serious fun as teams work their way around seven, unique inflatable games, earning points as they conquer each challenge.

MS-UK saw over 40 people take part in the Big Purple Games this year. The WIBN Wonders embraced the full spirit of the day by dressing up in purple tu-tu’s taking on the purple games with pride and enjoying some unique bonding time with fellow members.
