How to contact the MS-UK Helpline?

We aim to make accessing information about MS as easy and accessible as possible for everyone. Therefore, there are a number of ways you can get in touch.

Call

If you prefer to discuss your query with someone on the telephone you can call the MS-UK Helpline free on 0800 783 0518 and speak with one of our information officers.

Email

If your query isn’t urgent or requires detailed information and links you might like to send us an email by emailing info@ms-uk.org. This will allow our information officer to go away and research everything you need before they email you back.

Web chat

Not everyone likes to speak on the phone, so perhaps you might like to live chat with one of our information officers using our webchat service. Just click the red envelope button in the bottom right corner of the page and start chatting. If an information officer isn’t available you can leave a message and someone will get back to you.

Keeping it confidential

We provide a confidential service. If you give us your name, address or phone number it will remain confidential and will not be passed on to third parties. It will be held on our secure database.

In exceptional circumstances, should you give us information that suggests that you or another a person is at serious risk of harm, then a breach of confidentiality may be necessary in order to protect you or that person. We will ordinarily advise you if this is the case.
