It is estimated that there are more than 130,000 people in the UK diagnosed with MS, that’s one in 500 of the UK population, with an average of 130 people diagnosed every week. MS is commonly diagnosed in people between the ages of 20 and 30, often when they are starting to make big life decisions like getting married, having children and travelling to name a few. There is no cure.

Covers the cost of delivering 100 chair yoga sessions to help people with their mobility and aid relaxation.
Covers the cost of providing 3,600 information booklets to support the MS community with common issues such as managing fatigue and diet and nutrition.
Covers the cost of running our national helpline for more than 5 weeks, offering information and emotional support to anyone affected by MS.
Covers the cost of running our peer support service for three months to keep people connected and reduce isolation.

We do not accept funding from sources that may jeopardise our ability to act in the best interests of people affected by MS. So every single gift left in a Will to MS-UK makes such a difference.
