What we do with the information you give us

MS-UK collects the personal details of people applying for a Virtual Virgin Money London Marathon place so we can process your application.

We hope to communicate with you and keep you updated on the work of MS-UK and our services. We only do this when you have said you are happy for us to do so (for example, when you opt-in to receive our e-newsletter) and we never sell your details to a third party or share them. When dealing with your personal information we will at all times comply with the Data Protection Act 1998, and any other applicable legislation.

If you are successful, we will add your information to our database, so we can support you and you will receive communications via email and telephone from us regularly until you ask us to stop.

If you are unsuccessful, we will destroy your application within six months of receipt. We will not communicate with you further unless you opt into our communications separately.
