Our postcode is CO4 3ZL, however, when you arrive in Colchester, follow road signs to the University of Essex (off the A133). From Clingoe Hill, look for the Knowledge Gateway or Boundary Road. Then take the first exit off the roundabout, and then the second left. See visitor parking information below.
There are various cycle paths around Colchester. A cycle rack is available opposite our building.
Greater Anglia provides frequent trains from London Liverpool Street to Colchester. The train journey from Liverpool Street takes just under an hour and you can get a bus or taxi from the station to us. Our nearest station is Hythe (Essex) which is a 20-minute walk from campus, train services to this station are less frequent.
First Bus provide most bus services in and around Colchester and the University. Tickets can be bought online or via their app as well as contactless payment on the bus itself.
There is a visitor parking space in front of our building. To gain access, drive up to the barrier and press 42#. You will be put through to the office who can lift the barrier.
If the visitor space is already booked at MS-UK you will be notified. Additional visitors must park at the North Towers Car Park on the university campus.
This can be found after the roundabout on boundary road, by taking the next exit on the left. Or, if you are coming back from the office, take the first exit on the roundabout, then the next left.

There is a charge for visitors’ parking and this must be paid for live, as there is no function to pay in advance.
