Curious about meditation but not sure where to start? Join Tracy, our welcoming meditation instructor, for a 45-minute guided taster session designed to help you slow down, breathe, and reconnect.
Meditation is a powerful practice that helps still the mind and soothe the nervous system. With regular practice, it can support your overall well-being, mind, body, and spirit.
No experience necessary. Just bring yourself and a comfortable place to sit or lie down.
