Terms and conditions

• Swimmers must be 16 years old on the event day - 21 September 2019
• The minimum fundraising requirement for this event is £200
• Sponsor money should be sent to MS-UK no later than 28 October 2019. After this date, you will be responsible for paying this balance to MS-UK if the minimum fundraising requirement has not been met
• Gift Aid does not count towards your sponsorship total
• Accepting an MS-UK charity place means you agree to only fundraise for MS-UK. Any online donation pages must be 100% fundraising for MS-UK
• Although you may secure a place through MS-UK, we will also need to register your details with the event organisers. We will advise you as to when we are ready to do so. Failure to send these details will mean you will not be able to take part in the Swim Serpentine event 2019; this is outside of MS-UK’s control
• If you need to withdraw from the Swim Serpentine please let us know as soon as possible and by no later than Friday 06 September 2019
• Photographs and video footage taken at this event may be used for publicity purposes
• You participate at your own risk
