MS-UK is offering an eight-week mindfulness course to a limited number of people affected by MS. Each session is 2 hours long and will take part at Hythe Community Centre in July and August 2017.
In the same way that physical exercise is recognised as supporting physical health, there is a growing recognition that mindfulness training supports mental health and wellbeing. Mindfulness may be useful for managing fatigue, chronic pain, stress and anxiety.
This course is now full. To register for future courses, please email Vicky or call on 01206 867222.
This project has been kindly funded by Livewell Colchester. Livewell is a campaign that promotes healthy messages and aims to support people to improve their physical and mental wellbeing. Find out more about Livewell on their website.
